  • Tedd Windsor Chan is a Singaporean national swimmer and a specialist in the 50m backstroke, an event in which he currently holds the Under-17 national record. He has consistently reset national and meet records throughout his youth career, including a standout performance of 25.69 seconds at the 2025 World Aquatics Junior Championships in Romania. A frequent representative for Singapore on the international stage, Tedd competed in the 3rd Asian Youth Games in Bahrain and the 33rd SEA Games in Thailand in 2025. His domestic success includes breaking long-standing records at the National School Games in both 2023 and 2024.
