- Nicholas Rui Karsten Mahabir is a multiple SEA Games medallist in breaststroke swimming who made his Asian Games debut in 2023 in Hangzhou. At the 2023 SEA Games in Cambodia, he claimed silver medals in the 50m, 100m and 200m breaststroke events, setting a national record in the 50m breaststroke in the process, and also contributed to Singapore's gold-winning 4x100m mixed medley relay alongside the Quah siblings. His triple silver haul in Phnom Penh marked one of Singapore's most impressive individual swimming performances at the Games.
