- Maximillian Ang Wei is a Singaporean swimmer and multiple SEA Games medallist who specialises in the breaststroke events. He made history at the SEA Games 2022 in Hanoi by becoming the first Singaporean to win the men's 200m breaststroke, smashing the Games record in a time of 2:11.93 and becoming the first Southeast Asian swimmer to break the 2:12 barrier in the event. At the same Games, he also claimed gold in the men's 4x100m medley relay and a silver in the 100m breaststroke. He returned to the podium at the SEA Games 2023 in Cambodia with bronze medals in both the 100m and 200m breaststroke, and continued his consistency at the SEA Games 2025 in Bangkok, claiming bronze in the 200m breaststroke behind teammate Chan Chun Ho.
