- Pang Sheng Jun is one of Singapore's most decorated distance and individual medley swimmers, having competed at the SEA Games across five editions from 2009 to 2021. A standout moment in his career came at the 2015 SEA Games on home soil, where he claimed gold in the 4x200m freestyle relay and silver in the 400m individual medley in front of a home crowd, a memory he described as one he shared with every Singaporean in the stadium. He also won silver in the 200m individual medley and bronze in the 400m individual medley at the 2019 SEA Games, capping off a decorated career that saw him hold five Singapore national records before retiring in 2022.
