- Chua Darren is a Singaporean swimmer who competes in the 4x100m and 4x200m Freestyle Relay events. A multiple medallist at both the SEA Games and Asian Games, he claimed bronze in the Men's 4x100m Freestyle Relay at the Asian Games in 2018, before winning five gold medals and a silver on his SEA Games debut the following year. He continued his strong form at the SEA Games 2023, winning gold in the Men's 4x100m Freestyle Relay and silver in the 4x200m Freestyle Relay event, building on a career that has also included appearances at the Commonwealth Games and World Championships. His consistency across multiple Games cycles has made him one of the mainstays of Singapore's swimming relay squads.
