- Caitlin Ng Shan Wen made her mark in the Girls' 100m at the 2025 Asian Youth Games in Bahrain, clocking a new personal best of 12.42 seconds in Round 1 to finish 13th overall out of 26 competitors and advance to the semifinals. She continued to push in the semis, stopping the clock at 12.36 seconds. Her progression through the rounds at the Asian Youth Games, including two strong personal performances, marks her as one of Singapore's most promising young sprinters on the rise.
