- Kampton Kam holds the National U18, U20 and Indoor Records in the High Jump. With a PB of 2.20m, he is the second best-ranked Singaporean ever in the event. He was the first Singaporean schoolboy to jump over 7 feet with his 2.15m performance at the National School Games in 2018.

- 2018 Youth Olympic Games Asia Area Qualification - 2.05m, 5th pos
- 2019 National School Games - 2.15m, Gold, U20 NR. First local schoolboy to clear 7 feet in the high jump.

- 2019 SEA Games - 2.08m, 7th pos
- Luciahoppet 2021, Sweden - 2.05m, Men's Indoor NR
- 2022 Singapore Open - 2.20m. This personal best of 2.20 made him second on the all-time list in the Men's High Jump in Singapore.
- 2022 Commonwealth Games - High Jump Final, 2.10m 12th pos
