- Tan Zong Yang is a national 400m sprinter and lawyer who has been competing for Singapore since his youth. At the 2021 SEA Games in Hanoi, he made history by winning bronze in the men's 400m, Singapore's first medal in the event in 47 years, and also contributed to a team bronze in the 4x400m relay. He followed that up by representing Singapore at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, continuing to push his performance on the international stage.
