- Wong Zhi Wei is a Singaporean para swimmer who competes in the Men's 50m and 100m Freestyle S13 events. Living with a visual impairment, he took up competitive swimming at the age of 13 and rose to prominence at the Asian Youth Para Games, becoming the most bemedalled athlete at the Games. He went on to win medals across multiple categories at the ASEAN Para Games 2023, before being named Singapore's flag bearer at the Asian Para Games 2022 in Hangzhou. He continued his strong form at the ASEAN Para Games 2025, holding national records in several events while balancing his studies in psychology.
