- Han Liang Chou claimed a bronze medal in the Men's 50m Backstroke at the 2011 ASEAN Para Games in Solo, Indonesia, as part of a strong Singapore para swimming showing at the biennial event. A long-serving member of Singapore's para swimming squad, he has represented the nation in the Men's 50m Breaststroke SB14 category across multiple editions of the ASEAN Para Games including 2023 and 2025, as well as the 2022 Asian Para Games. His decades of service to Singapore para swimming make him one of the sport's most experienced and enduring national representatives.
