    • David Ng Tiong Gee represented Singapore in the Men's Windsurfing RS: One event at the 2023 SEA Games in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. The team's coaching staff viewed his outing as an important experience-building exercise, with the 2025 SEA Games in Thailand specifically in mind, as the hosts indicated they would be featuring more windsurfing events. David had made a commendable transition from Optimist sailing to the windsurfing discipline.
