- Cecilia Low is a two-time Asian Games sailor and 2018 Asian Games gold medallist in the 49erFX class alongside Kimberly Lim, having first competed together at the Sailing World Cup series from 2016 before their championship-winning partnership peaked at the 2018 Games in Jakarta. At the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, she and Lim made history as the first Singaporean sailors to qualify for an Olympic medal race, achieving Singapore's best-ever Olympic sailing result at the time. Low had put off starting her degree at the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Asia to chase her sailing dream. She returned with Lim to compete at the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou, marking the continuation of one of Singapore sailing's most celebrated partnerships.
