- Lau Yi Yuan Benjamin made history at the WTT Youth Contender Fremont in September 2025, becoming the first Singaporean to win a WTT Youth Series title in the U15 Boys' Singles, displaying remarkable composure with a dramatic 3-2 victory in the final. He went on to represent Singapore in both the Boys' Singles and Mixed Doubles at the 2025 Asian Youth Games in Bahrain, underlining his status as one of Singapore's most exciting young table tennis talents.
