  • Hong Soo Jin's training partner and fellow Singapore Sports School-linked athlete Kayleigh Lim won bronze in the Women's Newaza Under 48kg event at the 2025 SEA Games, in a category that drew some of the region's most competitive grapplers. Hong Soo Jin represented Singapore in the same weight category, contributing to Singapore's ju-jitsu team's strong overall showing of one gold, two silvers and two bronzes at the Games, one of the programme's most competitive hauls in recent memory.
