- Tong Khoon Fung is a road cyclist who represented Singapore at the 2023 and 2025 SEA Games in the Men's Individual Road Race Mass Start and Men's Criterium events. At the 2023 SEA Games in Cambodia, he and teammate Arfan Bin Faisal did not finish the road race. His return for the 2025 edition in Bangkok and Prachinburi reflects the Singapore Cycling Federation's continued confidence in him as part of the national road cycling squad, competing across challenging routes that tested the endurance and tactical nous of all competitors.
