- Luo Yiwei is a Singaporean road cyclist who won silver in the women's individual time trial at the SEA Games 2021 in Hanoi, adding to a personal collection of three consecutive SEA Games silver medals across her career. She went on to represent Singapore at the SEA Games 2023 in Cambodia, her fourth and final Games, competing in the women's criterium and individual mass start events as one of the senior figures guiding the national women's road cycling squad.
