- Foo Xiao Faye is a member of Singapore's national road cycling squad, competing in the women's criterium and individual mass start events on the international stage. She made her SEA Games debut at the 2023 Games in Cambodia after picking up the sport during the COVID pandemic and rising quickly through the ranks with the Singapore Cycling Federation's Women's Academy. Balancing training with work and family commitments, she represents the dedication and resilience found across Singapore's cycling contingent.
