- Arfan Bin Faisal is a road cyclist who represented Singapore at both the 2023 and 2025 SEA Games, competing in the Men's Individual Road Race Mass Start and Men's Criterium events. He was part of Singapore's six-man cycling contingent at the 2023 SEA Games in Cambodia, coached by national cycling head coach Shayne Bannan. His back-to-back appearances at two editions of the Games reflect the Singapore Cycling Federation's confidence in his development as part of the national road programme's consistent core group of riders.
