  • Profile
    • Terry Tay Wei-An is a Singaporean artistic gymnast and the first Southeast Asian male gymnast to have a gymnastics move named after him, known as "The Tay." A veteran of five SEA Games editions since his debut in 2011, he was part of the men's team that won Singapore's first bronze medal in the men's team artistic event at the SEA Games 2015, and won silver in the floor exercise event at the SEA Games 2021 in Hanoi. He was selected as Singapore's flag bearer at the SEA Games 2023 in Cambodia, a deeply meaningful honour he described as a career-defining moment, and represented Singapore again at the Asian Games 2022 in Hangzhou, where he competed in the floor exercise event. Outside of gymnastics, Terry balances his elite training with a full-time career as a mergers and acquisitions consultant.
