- Nge Joo Jie is the first local-born player in Singapore's history to achieve World Number 1 in the Men's Doubles Junior ranking alongside his partner Johann Prajogo, and also reached the top eight at the Men's Doubles World Junior Championships — the furthest any Singaporean has progressed. He and his partner claimed back-to-back titles at the Croatia and Bulgaria Junior Championships in 2022 and won the National Open Championships Men's Doubles in 2023. At the 2023 SEA Games, he claimed two bronze medals: one in the Men's Doubles alongside Johann Prajogo and one as part of the bronze-winning Men's Team.
