- Nurul Suhaila Binte Mohamed Saiful is a Singaporean pencak silat exponent who has competed for over 16 years in the Women's Tanding Class E (65-70kg) category, having started the sport at age six following her older siblings. After collecting three consecutive bronze medals at the SEA Games since 2015, she finally captured the gold she had long pursued at the SEA Games 2021 in Hanoi, defeating her opponent in an emotional final and admitting she had spent years doubting herself. She added a further bronze at the SEA Games 2023 in Cambodia, building on a career that has also included multiple World Pencak Silat Championship titles.
