- Nur Ashikin Binte Zulkifli is a Singaporean pencak silat exponent who was part of the trio that won Singapore's first-ever gold medal in the Women's Artistic Team event at the SEA Games 2023 in Cambodia. Prior to receiving financial support through Sport Singapore's spexScholarship programme, she had balanced her training with early mornings working at a wet market to support her family, a sacrifice her federation's leadership has spoken of with great admiration. She also competed at the SEA Games 2021 in Hanoi, where the team won bronze, en route to their historic gold two years later.
