- Muhammad Fariz Bin Mohd Basir is a Singaporean field hockey player who represents the national Men's Team at the SEA Games and Asian Games. A carded member of the Singapore Hockey Federation's national squad with over 46 international caps, Fariz has become a reliable presence in Singapore's midfield and defensive line, featuring across the 2023 SEA Games, the 2022 Asian Games, and the 2025 SEA Games. At the 2025 SEA Games, Singapore's men's team secured a bronze medal, a strong showing for a squad that has continued to grow in depth and consistency under national coach Krishnan Vijayan.
