- Lim Wei En, Shanice is a Singaporean softball player who competes in the Women's Team event. An outfield player who has long balanced her sporting commitments with her career, she has been one of the mainstays of the national women's softball squad. She represented Singapore at the Asian Games 2022 in Hangzhou and continued her journey at the SEA Games 2025 in Thailand, part of a squad that trained up to six times a week in its quest for a historic regional gold medal.
