- Aloysius Ong is Singapore's standout pitcher, who delivered a gem in the 2019 SEA Games men's softball final, allowing only one hit with six strikeouts to lead Singapore to their first ever gold medal in the sport. A veteran of the 2019 Men's Softball World Cup in Prague, Ong is renowned for his pitching ability, having racked up 28 strikeouts over 19.1 innings at the World Cup. He has co-captained Singapore at the WBSC U-23 Men's Softball World Cup and is one of the most experienced pitchers in the national squad.
