- Goh Teng Kuan Melvin is one of Singapore's most experienced beach volleyball players, having first represented the nation in beach volleyball as far back as the 2009 Asian Youth Games. He represented Singapore at the 2023 SEA Games in Sihanoukville, Cambodia, competing in the men's beach volleyball tournament at one of the Games' most scenic venues. The beach volleyball programme at the 2023 SEA Games returned to the biennial event after an absence, with Singapore fielding two men's pairs and two women's pairs at the Games. His longevity and experience at the national level make him a cornerstone of Singapore's beach volleyball programme.
