- Cecilia Soh Hui Chin is a Singaporean beach volleyball player who competes in the Women's Team event. She made her SEA Games debut at the 2021 edition in Hanoi, before going on to represent Singapore again at the SEA Games 2023 in Phnom Penh. Her growing experience on the international sand volleyball circuit continues to strengthen Singapore's presence in the sport. Her commitment to the team has made her a valuable member of the national beach volleyball programme.
