- Nichelle Tan Ying Xuan is a Singaporean taekwondo exponent who competes in the Women's Kyorugi Under 53kg category. Having practised the sport for more than half her life, she has gone on to represent Singapore across multiple major Games, including the SEA Games 2021, the Asian Games 2022, and the SEA Games 2023 in Phnom Penh, where she helped contribute to a team bronze medal alongside her squad. She continued her competitive journey at the SEA Games 2025 in Bangkok, taking on the region's top fighters in her weight category. Her enduring passion for the sport continues to drive her performances on the international stage.
