    • Dr. Mu Yuguang is an associate professor teaching computational biology at the School of Biological Sciences, Nanyang Technological University, who has a prosthetic left leg and approaches his disability with a positive outlook, not letting it affect his game. A proud representative of Singapore, Dr. Mu trains six to seven times a week, typically after work, and has competed in numerous international para table tennis competitions. He was part of the Singapore Class 9 team that clinched a bronze medal at the ASEAN Para Games in Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar, and also competed at the 2015 ASEAN Para Games in Singapore in the Class 10 doubles event. Balancing a demanding academic career with competitive sport, Dr. Mu is a remarkable example of dedication both on and off the table.
