- Max Neo Wei Kit represents Singapore in both the individual and team men's foil fencing events, having earned his spot at the 2023 SEA Games through a strong performance at the Cairo World Cup earlier that year. Competing alongside teammates Samuel Elijah Robson, Zephaniah Ian Kiew and Lionel Wee, he helped the men's foil team win a silver medal at the 2023 Games in Cambodia. The tournament marked his SEA Games debut on the international stage.
