- Profile
- Jonathan Chan Fan Keng is the first Singaporean diver to have qualified for the Olympic Games, achieving this feat by winning the Men's 10m Platform final at the 2019 Asian Diving Cup in Kuala Lumpur. He had originally taken up gymnastics at age five before switching to diving to follow in the footsteps of his older sister. At the 2021 SEA Games, he won silver in the 10m synchronised platform event. His pioneering role in Singapore diving, competing at both the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and the SEA Games, has helped lay the foundation for the generation of Singapore divers now winning medals at the regional level.
