- Kevin Goh Wei Ming is a Singaporean chess grandmaster and an eight-time national champion, having won the Singapore Chess Championship in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2012, 2013, 2017 and 2023. He has represented Singapore at the Chess Olympiad since 2004 and was awarded the Grandmaster title by FIDE in 2020. At the 2025 SEA Games in Bangkok, he was part of Singapore's ASEAN Chess Rapid Team alongside Ashton Chia, Joel Ngu, Siddharth Jagadeesh and Tin Jingyao, with the team claiming a bronze medal after narrowly losing to the Philippines in the final round. He also contributed to Singapore's bronze medal finish in the Men's Chess Rapid Team event at the same Games. His decades of service to Singapore chess, combined with his continued presence at the SEA Games, make him one of the most respected and decorated figures in Singapore's chess history.
