- Amar Hassan Bin Mohamad Kamal is a Singaporean speed climber and one of the pioneers of the sport in Singapore, competing in the Men's Speed Relay event at the Asian Games. Having competed at multiple IFSC speed competitions and the 2018 Asian Games in the Speed Individual and Relay categories, Amar returned for the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou, where as part of the trio of Tan Bing Qian, Denzel Chua, and himself, Singapore achieved a commendable sixth-place finish in the men's speed relay, one of the best performances by a Singapore climbing team at the continental level.
