- Teo Guang Yi Lucas is a Singaporean kayaker with over two decades of experience in the sport and three SEA Games gold medals to his name. He won gold in the men's Kayak Singles (K1) 1000m event at the SEA Games 2021 in Hanoi, partnering Brandon Ooi to also claim gold in the men's K2 500m at the same Games. He went on to represent Singapore at the Asian Games 2022, before reuniting with longtime teammate Stephenie Chen at the SEA Games 2025 in Bangkok to win gold in the Mixed Kayak Double 500m event with a record time, describing the achievement as a special "homecoming" given his history with the Games.
