- Ong Rayen is a Singaporean finswimmer who made his debut at the SEA Games 2021 in Hanoi, one of seven finswimmers representing the sport's return to the Games after a long absence. He set new personal and national records in the men's 100m Bi-Fins event and helped the mixed 4x100m Bi-Fins relay team set a national record, before going on to set further personal and national records in the men's 50m and 200m Bi-Fins at the CMAS Fin Swimming World Cup in Phuket, where the relay team also claimed a silver medal. He continued his national team career at the SEA Games 2023 in Cambodia.
