- Nur Isabella Schiering was chosen as one of Singapore's two flag bearers at the opening ceremony of the 2025 Asian Youth Games in Bahrain, a mark of great honour and recognition of her standing within the national youth contingent. At just 14, her selection for the Asian Youth Games was described as surreal, as she was among the four under-15 national triathletes competing at the continent's premier youth multi-sport event for the first time. She competed in both the Girls' Individual Super Sprint and the Mixed Team Relay alongside her teammates, representing Singapore with pride on Singapore's debut in triathlon at the Asian Youth Games.
