- Marcus Tiong Jun Kai is the captain of Singapore's national Canoe Polo Men's Team, competing at the Asian Games. Making his international debut in 2018 at the KL Canoe International Championships, Marcus contributed to his team clinching the champion title and has since led the squad to a silver medal at the 2019 Japan Demo Masters Invitational Games, a bronze at the 2023 Chinese Taipei National Championship, and a fourth-place finish at the 2023 Asia Pacific Canoe Polo Championship. His leadership on and off the water has made him a driving force behind Singapore's development in the sport.
