    • Lou Hong Yeow is a Singaporean wrestler who competes in the Men's Freestyle 74kg category. A physiotherapist by profession, he overcame three knee surgeries between 2015 and 2017 before going on to win his first SEA Games medal in 2019, eventually becoming captain of the national wrestling team. He continued his strong showing at the SEA Games 2021 in Hanoi and the Asian Games 2022 in Hangzhou, before adding a bronze medal at the SEA Games 2023 in Phnom Penh. He went on to compete again at the SEA Games 2025 in Thailand, drawing on his experience and calm demeanour to mentor the younger athletes on the team.
