- Lionel Toh Jun Jie was born with left hemiplegia and has been driven by a lifelong passion for sport despite the physical challenges of his condition. A national record holder in both the T37 100m and T37 200m, he claimed gold in the 100m T37 Men U20 category at the 2017 Asian Youth Games, and has represented Singapore at three ASEAN Para Games, in 2015, 2017 and 2023, as well as the 2022 Asian Para Games in Hangzhou. An avid sports fan who enjoys computer games in his downtime, Lionel's athletic journey reflects a remarkable commitment to competing at the highest level of para athletics across nearly a decade of international representation.
