- Lim Kang Yin competes in the men's under 81kg category, with personal bests of 135kg in the snatch and 161kg in the clean and jerk. He has competed in regional competitions including the EGAT King's Cup in Thailand and the Arafura Games in Australia, and has won the Singapore Weightlifting Open in the under 81kg category, including being named Overall Best Male Lifter in 2020. A dedicated competitor, Kang Yin has represented Singapore consistently at the national and international level and was part of the Team Singapore weightlifting contingent at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.
