- Amira Goh Quee Kee is a veteran of Singapore lawn bowls, having first represented the country at the 2001 SEA Games in Kuala Lumpur, where she was part of the bronze medal-winning women's fours team. Work commitments kept her away from the national team for 16 years, but her comeback proved spectacularly worthwhile when she and Margaret Lim Poh Eng, along with Shermeen Lim Xin Yi, claimed the gold medal in the women's triples at the 2019 SEA Games in Clark, defeating the Philippines 16-13 in the final. She also won a Bronze medal at the 2018 Asian Lawn Bowls Championship in the women's triples. In 2022, she made her debut at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham alongside Lim Poh Eng and Shermeen Lim in the women's triples, fulfilling a longstanding dream of competing on that stage.
