- Gary Tsan Yan Kai is a national Latin dancesport athlete who competes alongside his younger sister Chelsy Tsan in mixed Latin events. He made his SEA Games debut at the 2019 Games in the Philippines, winning a bronze medal in the paso doble, before going on to represent Singapore again at the 2021 Games in Hanoi, where the siblings competed in the mixed cha cha cha, paso doble and jive events.
