- Chelsy Tsan Yan En is a national Latin dancesport athlete who made her SEA Games debut at the 2021 Games in Hanoi, competing alongside her elder brother Gary Tsan in the mixed cha cha cha, paso doble and jive events. At the 2019 CK Open International DanceSport Championships in Hanoi, she claimed seven medals including two gold, three silver and two bronze in solo events, and went on to win both the Adult Open Latin Grade F1 and F2 titles at the same championships that year.
