- Fernel Tan Qian Ni is a Singaporean rifle shooter who specialises in the 10m Air Rifle event. Following in the footsteps of her elder sister and fellow national shooter, she has gone on to make a name for herself, holding the national record in the Women's 10m Air Rifle and claiming a bronze medal at the ISSF World Cup in Cairo. She made her SEA Games debut at the 2021 edition in Hanoi, where she won a silver medal in the Mixed Team event and contributed to a bronze medal finish for Singapore, before going on to represent the nation again at the Asian Games 2022 in Hangzhou. Her consistency and composure under pressure have made her a key member of the national shooting squad.
