" Tedd Windsor CHAN is a Singapore National Swimmer. Tedd has been swimming since age 4 and currently holds multiple individual meet, state and national records. His first international swimming engagement was at the 44th SEA Age Group Swimming Championships in December 2022. Recent Accomplishments World Aquatics Junior Championships 2025: At this meet in Otopeni, Romania, he re-wrote his Under-17 national record in the 50m Backstroke with a time of 25.69. This swim also qualified him for the SEA Games 'B' cut. 47th SEA Age Aquatics Championships 2025: At 15 years old, he set a new Under-17 national and meet record in the 50m Backstroke with a time of 25.73. This swim also qualified him for the World Juniors 'A' cut and the SEA Games 'B' cut. National School Games 2024: Broke the National Boys' U17 record and meet record for the 50m Backstroke with a time of 25.91, surpassing a record that had stood since 2013. National School Games 2023: Set a new National Boys' U14 record and meet record for the 50m Backstroke."
