Kasxier started playing Canoe Polo in Singapore Polytechnic, and continued pursuing the sport in NTU where she made her international debut for Singapore. She is a fast and agile chaser and is always depended upon to disrupt opponents' attacks or cover the backline. She was part of the winning team at the 2015 and 2019 Asian Championships. She also achieved the highest world ranking at 2018 World Championships with the team, which allowed the team to qualify for Singapore's first World Games in 2022.
