Debbie Soh is a Singaporean National Artistic Swimmer. She has been to 6 World Championships, and is a multiple SEA Games gold and silver medallist, and a recipient of the 2018 SNOC Sportsgirl of the Year Award. She is the first and only artistic swimmer to receive this prestigious award to date.
