  • Profile
    • Siti Khadijah Binte Mohamad Shahrem is a Singaporean combat sports athlete who represented the national pencak silat team at the SEA Games 2021 and the SEA Games 2023. Ahead of the SEA Games 2025, she made the bold switch from silat to wushu sanda as part of a cross-combat sports pilot programme between the Singapore Silat Federation and the Singapore Wushu Dragon & Lion Dance Federation, learning an entirely new discipline in just four months. Despite the challenge of adapting to a sport that permits direct head and neck strikes, and of being the first non-Chinese athlete in the local wushu sanda scene, she went on to win a historic joint bronze in the Women's Sanda Under 60kg category at the SEA Games 2025 in Bangkok, becoming the first Singaporean woman to medal in the discipline at the Games.
