Louisa Marie Middleditch

Louisa is a national elite triathlete. She competed as a Junior in the Asian and World Championships (2019) and finished 3rd at the Asia Triathlon Cup in Subic Bay (2019). While studying in Edinburgh, she won the Scottish National Triathlon and Duathlon Championships (2021), and races internationally in her age-group, winning 6 multisport world titles (2021-2022). Upon graduation, she races elite full-time, including World Triathlon continental cups and SLT Arena Games. She achieved her first senior elite podium (2nd) at the Philippines National Duathlon Championships (2022). Additionally, she coaches athletes and is passionate about helping others.
