Herlene Natasha Yu Zhihui

Herlene Yu switched to triathlon at the age of 16 after doing competitive swimming for many years. She participated in her first SEA Games in 2019 and bagged two silver medals in both Triathlon and Duathlon Mixed Team Relay events. She continues to compete and travel for races while studying to be a physiotherapist.
